Report of PTBN, Volume VI (2026), Special Edition, titled “Hybrid Threats to Energy Infrastructure in Europe, NATO’s Eastern Flank Countries, and Ukriane (2021–2024)”, authored by Dr. Karolina Wojtasik (ed.), Maciej Kluczyński, Dr. Aleksander Olech, Dr. Klaudia Rosińska, Dr. Damian Szlachter and Prof. Jarosław Tomasiewicz , was prepared under the R-GRID project “AI Algorithms for Threat Prediction and Power Grid Protection” (No. G6249), implemented within the NATO Science for Peace and Security Programme.
